NOVEL WORLDS_ MOD has designed a series of holistic amenity spaces for a luxury condominium development in Kuala Lumpur – ranging from the main entry drop off to the roof top gardens with panoramic views of the city, to a private dining room equipped with show kitchen and a host of meeting facilities, function rooms and health & recreational facilities.
Each of these spaces are conceived as a series of “Novel Worlds”, set apart by their dream-like quality that aim to liberate the resident’s state of mind to be imaginative, creative, free and unencumbered by convention. Worlds which are built upon 3 ore pillars- the sensorial, the cognitive as well as the emotional aspect of every resident’s inner child.
"It is a rare opportunity to be able to pen an experience as rewarding as the one we had working with MOD. Our aim has always been to enhance the entire living experience via the built environments we create and the space that we curate. And although this is widely promised by many designers, those who can deliver are few and far between.In a nutshell, MOD has achieved this and more. The brainstorms we had, birthed bigger brighter ideas; and the entire process was in short; a joy. If this were a concert, I would give them a standing ovation. I physically did and metaphorically do.I do not think I could give a higher accolade than to say that it has been a wonderful journey thus far and I am raring to go on the next one."
