1) INTERIOR DESIGNER (INTERMEDIATE)
MOD is looking for an Interior Designer (Intermediate) local in Singapore or open to remote working possibilities. (Permanent or project positions available)
Job Scope
- Strong conceptual design and design development skills to create memorable lifestyle experiences
- Develop and implement overall design concepts and FFE finishes & palettes through all phase of design for Hotel, Commercial and Residential projects, in accordance to Hotel Operator’s requirements and standards
- Knowledge of color and material selection, detailing and FF&E packages, experience with furniture selection & specification
- Work with Technical Team to finalize detailing and construction documentation
- Participate in high-energy, collaborative team and project environments
- Strong verbal and graphic communication skill; effective client relationship skills and talent for working with diverse team of designers
Requirements:
- Trained in interior design, e.g. Diploma or Degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design
- Relevant Work Experience: At least a few years’ experience working on 5-star hotel projects
- Highly creative, Rigorous & organised, with a Modern design sensibility
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Indesign and Sketch-Up
- Fluent in English

MOD is looking for a Technical Specialist (Draftsman) open to remote working possibilities. (Permanent or project positions available)
Job Scope
- Develop interior design into Design Development & Construction Drawing packages, including elegant and functional design-focused detailing, especially for Hotels, Restaurants, Mixed Use and Residential projects
- Take responsibility to research, plan and draw out Design Details and Construction Drawings efficiently
- Work under the leadership of a Technical Manager to provide expertise in areas of construction feasibility and usability
Requirements:
- Trained in interior design, e.g. Diploma or Degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design
- Relevant Work Experience: 5 years’ experience working on 5-star hotel projects' detailing
- Highly rigorous & organised, with a Modern design sensibility
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Fluent in English
